Description:
American Kenpo is a self-defense based martial arts system with a focus on character development. Training develops a strong foundation of basics as well as an understanding and ability to apply self-defense techniques. Training includes exploring the martial arts mindset, fitness, flexibility, bag work and partner work. Class is held Monday and Wednesday nights 5:55 - 6:35 and Tuesday and Thursday nights 4:15-4:55. YOUR CLASS FEE COVERS TWO nights each week. You choose the nights.
