Description
Julie Hardenburger, a certified Tai Chi instructor leads an adaptive version of this ancient form of balance and strength exercise. Part of the class is full body movement with music using various pieces of equipment, such as noodles, hand weights, elastic bands and other easily adapted equipment.
Our Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation classes are designed for adults experiencing disabilities.
