Corvallis Parks & Recreation Refund Policy

For activities: more than 5 business days prior to the starting date of the activity.
For facility rentals: more than 30 business days prior to the date of the facility reservation.

The refund is due to the Parks & Recreation Department cancelling or changing the activity or facility reservation, OR
You choose to take your refund as a credit to your Parks & Recreation account. The $10 fee is waived if you use the credit to purchase another Parks & Recreation activity enrollment, facility rental, membership, or service within 12 months of the refund being issued (after 12 months, unused credits are donated to the Parks & Recreation Family Assistance Program).
