City of Concord Parks and Recreation is excited to provide the convenience of online registration to our community through our technology partner Active.com. You can now register for recreation activities or request a facility reservation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Visa, MasterCard or American Express for payment. Only payments by credit card and existing credit on account can be accepted by this system. If you wish to pay using cash or check, you can register in person or by mail. In order to provide you with this service, online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com. Convenience fees for online registration are an additional 6.5% of the activity fees, with a minimum of $2.00. Convenience fees are non-refundable. To avoid paying fees, we encourage you to use one of our No Fee Payment Options, in person, mail, or phone.
