Description
Learn and practice gentle movements to improve balance, mental focus, strength, and general health. Each class includes meditation, Qigong, and Tai Chi movement that can be done either seated or standing (chairs provided). Great for beginners and people of all ages.
Locations: Concord Senior Center on Tuesdays and Willow Pass Community Center on Thursdays.
