You may expect to receive a call from Senior Center staff about 1 week prior to the departure date about the latest info and updates for this trip. Pick-up will be at the East Parking Lot of the Concord Senior Center, 2727 Parkside Circle. Plan to check-in at the front desk of the Senior Center at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time. The Motorcoach bus will be parked in front of the Senior Center for pick-up and drop-off. There is no meal included with this trip.

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS will be issued after final payments have been made to the vendors, up to 30 days before a trip departure date. If you require a cancellation after those payments have been made, a refund will be determined by finding a replacement for your empty seat. City of Concord Recreation Services does maintain a wait list, we can help fill the empty seat if we are able to add a wait listed guest to the trip, however there is no refund guarantee until your empty seat has been filled. A $5 withdrawal fee applies to all cancellations. Trips operate rain or shine
