Culinary: Intro to Canning

Join Master Gardener Willa McAuliffe and learn a brief history of canning, what tools you need to can, and canning safety practices. Afterwards, you will see the process unfold and be able to ask questions. She also provides you with notes and recipes to send you on your way. You don't want to miss this great opportunity!

This class will be offered at the Fort Tuthill Mess Hall in Flagstaff, AZ.

Culinary classes require pre-registration so that we will have enough ingredients for each student. Make sure to register online at least 3 days before the program starts. Our programs must meet minimum and maximum enrollment standards. If you are enrolled in a program that doesn't meet the minimum enrollment standard the program will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.

The cost for this program is $25 for Adults (18 +) and $15 for Youth (8 - 17 years old).
