CCPHSD Aerobic Winter Challenge

Aerobic Winter Challenge is a four month long physical activity incentive program that encourages teams, county-wide, to stay active during the winter months. Teams consist of 5-10 participants between the ages of 6 and older. Each team is encouraged to complete one team activity per month and helps others complete their individual goals. The goal is to do your favorite physical activity (walk, run, swim, bike, dance, etc.) for a minimum of 30 minutes per day, for 14 days per month. Each day that you are active, you keep track on a team wall chart or a personal monthly activity log. Each month that you meet your goal, you will be entered to win prizes.

Total cost to participate is $10 per person.
Northern Arizona University, Native Americans for Community Action, Grand Canyon Association, and NAPEBT (Coconino County, CCC, FUSD, NAIPTA, Flagstaff Housing Authority, City of Flagstaff, and Accommodation Schools) offer a discounted rate for their employees.
