Description

Beginning gymnastics curriculum consists of introductory skills including forward rolls, jumps, basic understanding of cartwheels, handstands and backward rolls. Beginner class includes fundamentals on uneven bars, vault and balance beams with an emphasis on body shaping, conditioning and flexibility to increase body awareness, build strength and coordination and boost self-esteem. No class 11/11

Additional fee: $5 material fee payable to instructor at first class.
Attire: Please wear exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. Long hair must be tied up.
