By completing this online registration form, you agree not to sell any concession foods, beverages, alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, live animals, illegal or illicit subtances, immoral and/or other inappropriate materials whatsoever. You agree to have your items in place on your rented space by 8:00am on designated sale day and shall remove all items from your space (and from the premises) by 12:30pm on day of sale. You understand that any items left on the CLCCA property after 1:00pm become the property of CLCCA and CLCCA representatives may dispose of the property or give it to charity as it deems fit.
You hereby agree that Clear Lake City Recreation Center, Clear Lake City Community Association, Inc., their agents, trustees, directors, employees, representatives and/or their respective family members, shall not be responsible, nor liable to you or any other party for damage or injury arising out of or in connection with you having used the facilities owned and/or occupied by such persons and entities, including but not limited to all buildings, grounds and parking lot areas.
You understand that the use of such facilities is not free of risk and that it is possible that you or your guests/invitees may suffer injuries or damages while utilizing the facilities. You assume and accept those risks for myself and on behalf of my guests and invitees, as you possess full knowledge of all dangers involved.
You understand that the Clear Lake Recreation Center, its representatives, employees and agents shall not be liable for any damage to the person or property of the applicant or applicant's visitors, guests and invitees resulting from the condition of the premises owned and operated by Clear Lake City Community Association, Inc., its agents, trustees, directors, employees, representatives, and their family members, and/or from any services provided by Clear Lake City Community Association, Inc., its agents, trustees, directors, employees and representatives.
Refunds will not be given due to weather. A credit in the amount paid will be applied to your account toward any other 2021 CLCCA program, event or activity.
