Description
The use of Sign Language has expanded beyond the deaf and hard of hearing. This is the only form of non-written and non-spoken communication that can be used throughout the world. The Sign Language course, skills will focus on the basic principles of phrasing sentence patterns, counting, spelling, semantics, and the development of expressive and receptive abilities. Students should supply a notebook and pen. Pitzer College 1050 N. Mills Ave, Claremont, 91711, will be held at Avery Hall, Room 202. Parking is free on Saturdays and it is advised to park on Mills. Registration deadline: 1/25. No class: 4/4. *Material fee: $15.
