Description
This class is designed for advanced level participants; will be on Monday and Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm at 601 Parkway Drive: Athletic Center - Multipurpose Room. Children under 7 must be in a class with an adult. This program is a lot of fun, great exercise while learning self-defense. This is a monthly class - registration must be done by the 3rd of each month.
