This is a distance learning class that meets in the comfort of your own home through Zoom. Your Zoom class link will be emailed to you prior to the start of your class. Please make sure the student's email is correct when registering.
Supplies needed for this class:
Acrylic Paints:
- Titanium White - large tube
- Cadmium Yellow Medium or Cadmium Yellow Light - large tube
- Ultramarine Blue large tube
- Alizarin Crimson or Cadmium Red Dark or Magenta - large tube
- Mars Black - small tube
- Cadmium Red Light - small tube
- Phthalo Blue - small tube
Brushes: 1 or 2 large bristle brushes (can be round, flat, bright, or filbert) and 1or 2 small brusher (round) try different brushes and find what you like.
Additional Supplies: Paper palette or wax paper, paper towels, coffee can or cup for water, palette knife, canvas boards or stretched canvas, masonite panels, spray bottle for water, surface for mixing paint and putting under wax paper, pencil, and notepad.
Optional Extra Supplies: Apron, disposable gloves, TV tray, skin barrier cream, charcoal, clothes pins, gesso, extra paint colors, easel, and dish soap.
If you have painted before and have supplies, do not buy new supplies until you check with the instructor at the first class.
