Description
Ready to dive into the world of sourdough? In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll start by creating your own starter to take home and learn how to care for it. Then, get your hands doughy as you learn folding, stretching, and proofing techniques. Take home your dough in its proofing bowl, along with your starter to bake later. We'll have mini loaves of dough ready for you to score, bake, and enjoy fresh out of the oven, along with the chance to whip up your own homemade butter to spread on it! You'll leave with your starter, dough & proofing bowl, scoring tool, and some delicious butter.
