Description: 

Have fun learning the art of Karate! Learn about endurance, flexibility and self control while focusing on discipline and self-confidence. Participants will learn the basic karate principles, katas and drills. This is a great way to increase self-esteem, get active and meet new friends. A $72 material fee is due to instructor at the first class for first time students and a $15 material fee for returning students. NO CLASS 11/11, 11/25, & 11/27.
