General Information --- Open House is every first Thursday of each month from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
| Events must remain inside the building - no tables, chairs or service outside
| Balloons or signs at the gates or gardens are not permitted and are only allowed inside the facility and the main entrance of the building
| All activities, including clean-up, must end by 10pm
| Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around La Casita
| The minimum rental period is 4 hours, which can include Set-up / Clean-up time. Set-up / Clean-up time can be applied to the first hour and last hour of event only | Facility Attendant Fee: An Attendant will open and close La Casita and monitor the event
| Sound Monitor Fee: If using amplified sound, a Sound Monitor is required
| Alcohol Monitor Fee and Alcohol Permit: If alcohol is available at the event, there is a $73 flat fee to secure an Alcohol Permit, and an Alcohol Monitor is required during the hours of alcohol use | Alcohol is restricted to the inside of the building |
