Description
Starfish swim classes, part of the Starfish Aquatic Institute's curriculum, are designed for all ages, from 6 months to adults, focusing on water safety and building confidence in the water through a progressive, age appropriate approach. The program emphasizes self-rescue skills, including trust and submersion, body positions, air recovery, and forward/rotary movement. Our swim classes use learning activities to create a comfortable and engaging environment for students to explore the water. The curriculum is designed with benchmarks at each stage, providing a clear path for skill development.
