Description

Barre is a fitness fusion class that blends ballet, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and balance. This class involves using light weights, body weight, and a yoga mat. The movements to create a blended workout to challenge every muscle of the body. We will work the arms, legs, glutes and abdominals. We will practice at the ballet barre for part of the class and listen to motivating music that keeps us moving and the time flying by. Low impact movements bring great results that are less likely to cause injury, are functional, and fun! No ballet experience required. Options are provided to give more or less intensity. All levels welcome!
