Description: This is a beginner class focused on the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee . Students will be learning the techniques and skills used for competitive play. The emphasis will be on having fun and learning the sport. Classes are designed to provide players an opportunity to develop their skills through high quality instruction and structured play. First 3 weeks will be instructional based. Last 3 weeks will be part instructional and part game.
