ATTENTION: Bikes are not reserved and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals on the wait list will have the opportunity, five minutes after class starts, to join class if open spots are available. Please be sure to arrive on time to keep your reserved spot.

Free to Members GRP X - Cycle, Strength and Stretch with Coach Coco
Class will be held in Studio A. Please reserve your spot online. Online reservations will be available beginning at 5AM the day prior to class. This class is a 50-minute class that offers a three in one experience. First, a great cardio workout of cycle to strengthen endurance and increase leg strength. The second focus is on strength training for the upper body and abs. The class ends with stretching for better flexibility and to calm the mind. It's a great class for those who like variations in a workout or a beginner exerciser who wants to ease into a routine.
