ATTENTION: Bikes are not reserved and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Individuals on the wait list will have the opportunity, five minutes after class starts, to join class if open spots are available. Please be sure to arrive on time to keep your reserved spot.

Free to Members GRP X - Cycle and Strength with Kim. Class will be held in Studio B. Reservations will be available beginning at 5AM the day PRIOR to class. Reserve your spot online, in person, or over the phone by calling the service desk.

This is a fitness workout that combines high-intensity cardio on a stationary bike (indoor cycling) with off-the-bike strength training exercises using bodyweight or light weights, designed to target multiple muscle groups and provide a comprehensive workout for both cardiovascular health and muscular endurance; essentially, you get a vigorous cardio session on the bike followed by targeted strength training on the floor.
