Tents are not provided but can be rented for an additional charge while supplies last. The City reserve the right to cancel/ reschedule the event in cases of severe weather.
Registration is for one tent. Tent size is limited to 100 square feet

Friday
4pm-7pm Check-in and setting up tents
- Group Ramada will be available for those that want a table for dinner (dinner is not being provided)
5pm- Nature scavenger hike/hunts starts at the check in tent
5:30pm- Sunset
6:00 Movie starts
8pm
Campfire
Star gazing and astronomy with telescopes
11 pm- Quite time
Saturday
6:50am Sunrise
10am- all tents packed up
