One week prior to the first class, customer may request a change, transfer or refund. A $10 processing fee (per person, per enrollment) will be deducted. If you choose to credit your online account no service fee will apply. Credit on the account will be valid for one year from the date of issue and may be applied to another recreation enrollment, facility rental or park permit.

Except as otherwise provided in this policy, if a registrant fails to attend a program after it begins, the registrant is not entitled to a refund. Exceptions may be authorized by the Recreation Supervisor. A doctor's note or written request describing the extenuating circumstance must be submitted to the Community Service Department.

It's unfortunate, but even great classes with popular instructors are cancelled if everyone waits until the last minute to enroll. Please register early and avoid disappointment.
