Description: This class is for the player who wants to improve on their ball control and take their game to the next level. Some basic skills work but much of the class will be devoted to learning more advanced skills like hitting, hand setting, side out strategies, and defense. We'll also do some speed, jump and cardio training. You must be able to pass and serve consisitently to enter the class. After drills/skills, all levels have open play. You will meet great people and get a good workout.


COVID 19 Regulations:
Face coverings must be worn by all participants.
Physical Distancing of 6 feet must be adhered.
Participants sharing equipment must wash their hands before and after playing.
