Q: 'Pending' status.
A: Change your internet security settings to medium/low. When Internet Explorer is open, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, click on Security and then click on Custom Level to change the level.
Q: Convenience Fees.
A: This is a typical fee for on-line charges. This fee will be determined by a percentage of the total transaction amount. This fee is non refundable.
Q: Can't find the class.
A: Make sure the page is set to read 'In Progress/Future' status. Use the arrows to click between pages.
Q: Login and Password
A: To register for activities or reserve a facility online you will need a Login ID and Password. Go back to the Intro page and click on the Request Account button. Please fill out all the necessary information. Once you submit your information, it will be sent to one of our staff for approval. You will need to provide the required documentation before our account will be approved. You may also set up your account at the Recreation Office. Please bring the in the required documentation. Q: Refund Policy
A: If a program or class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and offered an alternative choice, if one is available. If no alternative is available, a refund, excluding on-line convenience fees, will be issued. A refund can be issued by check or by credit card if original payment was submitted by credit card and the payment was made less than 30 days prior to the refund request. In order to apply a refund back to the credit card, the credit card number must be provided at the time of refund. Account credits may be placed instead of a refund; fees are applied under the payers name to use towards another program or class. The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes, change rooms or instructors as needed. If the participant wishes to cancel enrollment or fails to participate in a class, the participant must notify the Parks & Recreation Department before the first day of class to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after the class has started.
