Description: Hours available for reservation change seasonally. Please call (562) 904-7238 for current hours. You must be a resident of the City of Downey to reserve a park facility. Proof of residency is required; a current utility bill with a Downey address (gas, water, electric or landline) and a matching California driver's license or California identification must be presented at the time the reservation is made. Reservations must be made a minimum of (2) two weeks to a maximum of six months prior to the scheduled event. Hours of operation do not represent hours available for facility reservations.
