This is a unique class that combines overall body mechanics and mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance. PiYo Core is a body conditioning routine that not only helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles but also strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. Equipment needed?
You may use any computer with internet connection (Windows or Mac), tablet, or cell phone (iphone or android) to view the online live fitness class through Zoom. If knowledgeable, you may want to mirror your computer screen on to your TV for a larger view.
Download the Zoom app or go to https://zoom.us/. You will be prompted to sign up, which is FREE but not required.
How to view and participate in the fitness class?
Prior to the class beginning, typically 1/2 hour in advance, you will receive an email with the link to join the fitness class you registered for. Click on the link and join the class.
Each week you will receive a new link as the class is live.
Participants are asked to stay muted during the session so that the instructor may teach without any noise or interference.
