Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are an excellent way to reduce stress and to develop balance, flexibility and strength. This Winter session will focus on joint mobility, balance and healthy aging. Learn gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques and mindful practices that empower you in taking better care of your health. (7 classes.) No class 2/17.
