Description: Sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Poor quality sleep can raise the risk of many diseases including heart disease, stroke, obesity and dementia. Learn techniques you can do on your own for a better night’s sleep to improve brain performance, mood, and health. Please bring a yoga mat or similar padding.
