Description
A 30 day real food and Pilates challenge to restore & recharge you: Enhance your overall health, digestion, weight loss, stop food cravings, strengthen immune and sleep, build athletic stamina, and tone the body. Program kick-off seminar on 4/25/15 will be 2 hours and the 4 Pilates classes will be 55 minutes (Pilates classes are available any day of the week that classes are offered and open). Presenter Tracy Coe, Wellness and Quantum Nutrition Practitioner, emphasizes a nutritionally dense diet, to assist physical transformation, target specific health issues, and guide clients to live a healthier, more vibrant life. Tracy presents a variety of health and food workshops to the community, to educate the community about their health options.
