Description: This beginner activity is designed to teach the fundamentals of skating for hockey. This is a learn-to-skate class, and certain skills must be passed before advancing to the next level.

Notes:
Required equipment includes hockey helmet with a full face mask, hockey skates and gloves for hand protection (hockey or winter gloves will do). A hockey stick is not required, but after attending the first class, participants will be allowed to shoot some pucks before class. Elbows and shin guards are optional equipment, but highly recommended.
