Description: 

This activity introduces beginner actors and actresses to the basic principals of performance. Participants will learn exercises and games to develop their confidence and stage presence.

Participants will learn exercises and games to develop confidence and stage presence. Participants will also prepare monologues for auditioning skills, as well as scene study. This class involves an inordinate amount of reading and related skills.

Notes:
Students will analyze scripts and character development.
