Adult Learn to Swim (Special Rec) at Mt. Greenwood

For individuals with a primary intellectual or developmental disability. Individuals will learn basic swimming techniques, advanced breathing techniques, and mechanics of the four basic strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke). Participants are grouped according to skill level. Participants in this program may be eligible for Special Olympics competition.
