Teen Leadership Connection at Palmer

The Region Wide Teen Leadership Connection (TLC) is an advisory council managed by teenagers who participate in programs or volunteer at their local Chicago Park District (CPD) park. The TLC’s mission is to recommend, as well as create, plan, and execute programs to offer Chicago teens for the Chicago Park District.
