Description
Tabata training is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) that is designed to make you sweat and burn calories. This format features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated several times. Bursts of intense exercise will melt calories and strengthen your entire body. Due to the intense nature of this program, previous fitness experience is recommended.
