Description: This class focuses on right and left push & glide, forward stroking, circular pumps (R & L), forward crossovers (Right foot over Left & Left foot over Right), one-foot snowplow stop.

Notes:
Prerequisite: Passed Pre-Alpha.

Starting with Fall, 2017, all athletes participating in Ice Skating activities at MSC must purchase a $15 annual (9/1-8/31) membership with ISI, available in the Membership section. If the athlete does not have a current membership on file at the time of registration, the membership will be automatically added to the receipt.
