Description: This activity follows the Snowplow Sam track of the U.S. Figure Skating Learn to Skate USA program. Snowplow Sam levels are designed to help the pre-school aged skater develop preliminary coordination and strength and maneuver on the ice. Snowplow Sam 1 has no prerequisites, but Snowplow Sam 2, 3 and 4 require the completion and passing of the preceding level. If you are not qualified for a level, you will be moved to the appropriate level, pending available space. Call facility for more information on level requirements.

Notes:
Participants must master the skills of Snowplow Sam 1 and pass a test to qualify.

Starting with Fall, 2018, all athletes participating in Ice Skating activities Basic and up at MPSC must purchase a $16 annual membership with Learn to Skate USA, available in the Membership section. If the athlete does not have a current membership on file at the time of registration, the membership will be automatically added to the receipt.
