Join Leticia for High Impact Aerobics online!
High impact aerobics is a cardiovascular, high-energy and fast paced workout to burn fat. High-impact aerobics involves jumping, running and other propulsion-type moves. Participants in this program must follow all COVID-related health and safety guidelines, including use of face masks and social distancing. Additionally, because of social distancing requirements and limited indoor space, this program will be conducted outside. If an individual meeting date must be cancelled due to inclement weather, there will be no make-up dates nor will fees be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
