Description
Need a challenge to kickstart your new years goals? Try the 1,000 Point Challenge! Participants earn points for doing any type of physical activity such as walking, swimming, strength training or group fitness classes. Your goal is to complete 200 minutes of activity each week for 5-weeks, totaling 1,000 points. Prizes will be awarded to each participant who completes 1,000 minutes of activity.
