Program & Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

CCPRC activities occur rain or shine. Registrants will receive a full refund if the program/event is canceled by CCPRC and not rescheduled.
Registrants withdrawing prior to the program will receive a 50% refund.
All participant withdrawals must be received during regular business hours. Please call (843) 795-4386 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Facility Rental Cancellation/Refund Policy

50% refund (50% penalty) for all cancellations made up to the day prior to the event. 10% penalty to reschedule within 30 days of reservation date. Rescheduling within 30 days is allowed only one time. Second instance would result in cancellation and required 50% penalty. No refunds or reschedules allowed on or after the day of the event.
Facilities cannot be rented for moneymaking ventures or functions that are advertised to the public. No onsite sale of tickets, food or beverages will be allowed. Fundraising events require a Special Event Application for approval.
Proof of liability insurance coverage is required for all rentals that will have alcohol.
