Tae Kwon Do - Junior Orientation

This traditional Korean martial art teaches self-confidence, discipline, self-defense and respect for others. This class is for new students thru white/yellow belts. It is a challenging and fun way to improve endurance, flexibility and coordination. What you learn here will help you out in other sports, as well as school and work. Beginners should wear loose fitting clothes (no jeans)to class. Students must be in or have completed 1st grade.
