Description

Class for Blue Belts through Black Belts. No class May 24-26.

This traditional Korean martial art teaches self-confidence, discipline, self-defense and respect for others. It is a challenging and fun way to improve endurance, flexibility and coordination. This class is for students holding blue through black belts.
