Designed for active adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable, this innovative class cleverly combines specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills. You?ll learn age-appropriate exercises to strengthen the core and reduce risk of falling while standing or walking.

In accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines for Workplace & Community Locations, all participants and visitors ages 2 years and older must wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth and secure under your chin when in a Recreation Facility.
