Intro Class & Wheel Throwing (AM)

*This class meets the prerequisite to become a CERA pottery studio member.*

This class is a beginner & advanced class, according to student's skill level.

Description:

Beginning class is especially designed for those who have never used the wheel or who are working on basic skills. The course includes wedging, centering clay, throwing basic bowl and cylinder forms, finishing, & glazing. Beginning potters receive substantial individual attention. Project will include mug and bowl.

Advanced class enables students to evolve at their own level and improve their skills. Projects will include altering forms in wheel thrown bowls. Other forms may be added, depending on skill level.
