Attention Bob Boldrick Theater renters:

Based on your requested booking times, the website will calculate an estimate of fees for the base rate hours and booking fee only. The booking fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the final bill. All other event fees such as performance fees, special equipment, technical labor and ancillary rooms or supplies will be based on actual use and billed at the end of the event. Please ensure you allow for load-in, setup, performance and load out times when making your request. Once you have made your initial request you will be contacted by staff regarding your technical needs. An updated estimate can be provided after analysis of your technical needs is completed. Please remember that you will need to provide insurance and secure permits as required for your event. These will be due a minimum of 30 days prior to your event. Attention non-resident private individual/non-profit theater renters: A 25% non resident fee will calculated on the total base rate and performance fees. This fee will be added to the final bill.
