DEEP WATER AEROBICS:This class is a high-powered deep-water aerobics suitable for all ages and levels of fitness designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. The workouts include lap swimming, water walking, water jogging and invigorating non-impact deep-water exercises. Basic swimming skills are needed. Swim goggles are recommended.
