This class is structured around the needs of the students while teaching theories of color mixing, composition, and tool selection, use and care. Students work in an open studio format with personalized instruction on their own project or one provided by the instructor. Students? art work will be critiqued-not mandatory. Biography:Kristopher Doe was born into the burgeoning Pop Culture of 1960?s Southern California where he grew up across the street from the studios of early AM radio giant KRLA. Kris spent many of his formative years over at the station pestering early radio legends such as Kasey Kasem, Bob Eubanks and Dave Hull, questioning them constantly about all the upcoming bands and riding the wave of the British Invasion that was hitting our shores during that exciting time. Kris has made a lifetime endeavor of tracing the history of these bands and their development over the decades to follow, giving him a unique perspective of the music that drives our youth and culture of today.
