Description:
American Mah Jongg is a game from centuries old classic Chinese Mah Jong. The game requires a set of tiles, a set of racks, and the National Mah Jongg League Cards for 4 players. The object of the game is to mah jongg by drawing and discarding tiles to make a pre-selected hand (or pattern). When a player has all the tiles for a mah jongg on his/her rack, he/she wins the game by shouting “mah jongg.” The game is known to promote healthy brain activity and provide socialization opportunities.
