This strength training class is for anyone who wants to have fun and build strength in a group environment. Students will utilize dumbbells, body bars, and various resistance machines to condition the entire body! Join new instructor, Caleb Smith, and improve technique and build workout plans that intentionally condition the entire body with minimal risk of injury.
