Description

Pilates is a total body conditioning practice that builds flexibility, strengthens muscles, and helps maintain/increase overall stability and balance. Within this 4-week session, expect to sculpt and tone your total body, specifically the abs, back, glutes, arms, legs. Additionally, Pilates integrates the mind/body connection making you feel your best! All exercises are performed with modifications that help to make your workout safe but also challenging for a person at any level.

*Bring hand weights (1-2 lbs. per arm) if you have them, floor mat, and water bottle.
